After creating a very basic UI framework based on scheduling, upselling services, and surveying the user, the product leads wanted to focus on UX writing and how it fit into the visual hierarchy. Consistent feedback from stakeholders was to present paths to dive deeper into content, without presenting it all up front.
The main interaction points focused on the three main "journeys":
1.) Events - Signed up for care team, baby has arrived, etc.
2.) Visits - in-person/online, scheduling, type of visit, etc.
3.) Learning - quick lessons, case studies, erc.
These events should be presented alongside "inactive", "active", and "done" states. Additionally, cross-selling and upselling services should be weaved throughout these events to further engage users.
Meant to be a central hub for the main app interactions, the main content section contains the user's upcoming schedule. Dynamic surveys are placed as a top level visual prompt based on the estimated time in their pregnancy. Finally, prompts to read information in the learning center are nested within the schedule feed.
